Northeast Bank is proud to sponsor a FREE half day workshop for local nonprofits titled "Strategic Financial Planning." This advanced workshop is tailored for nonprofit leaders who want to take their management skills to the next level. During this workshop, you will learn:
- Analytical tools to assist in understanding your organization’s current financial position and current business model;
- Different techniques and approaches to having practical conversations critical to organizational decision-making;
- The factors to consider when scenario planning and setting multi-year budgets.
After this workshop, you will be able to:
- Properly balance an emphasis on annual budgeting with scenario planning and multi-year forecasting;
- Gain agreement on key organizational goals and priorities;
- Ensure that key organizational decision-makers have a shared understanding of the organization's financial health, business model and financial risks;
- Determine what will be necessary to become a more financially dynamic and flexible organization.
