Have you ever seen Olympians or professional athletes with tape all over them? RockTape is a type of kineiseology tape that helps support posture, decrease inflammation, increase range of motion, and support movement. There are many different types of taping techniques you can use for different areas of the body. Some of the tapings include those for ankle/knee support, IT band and shoulder performance tapings, postural tapings for the low back and upper back/shoulders, and even taping techniques to support pregnancy!
