One-Twenty is Barrel-Strength because it’s bottled at the same proof as it comes out of the barrel. This is whiskey turned up to 11! It is best served with a bit of ice and/or dash of water to open up the aromas and full flavor. Allow the whiskey to “breath” for a few minutes before enjoying. 
Viscous, robust and spicy. You’ll notice how the liquid sticks the sides and slides down. This is an indication of the thick mouth feel to come. It blooms warmly from the glass with aromas of honeyed pears, cream caramel and sherry. The flavor strikes hotly but not too aggressively with hints of oak, toasted marshmallows and golden syrup.
