No experience needed! Beginners encouraged and non-athletes are welcome! This workshop is designed for those who have always wanted to try yoga, but never quite made it to class. This is a very low-key workshop for all levels of activity that will cover some basic concepts and poses in yoga, as well as breathing techniques and relaxations. You do not need to be flexible to take yoga; you take yoga to get flexible!
