During the winter it can be all too easy to get stuck in a cooking rut, making the same dishes over and over. Whether it's to save time or just because it’s hard to feel creative when you’ve been cooped up for months. Fortunately your healthy cooking expert, Marisa Reyes, is here to liven up your winter and get you back in a creative mood. In this hands –on class, you’ll learn how to roast chicken to achieve moist and flavorful results every time.
