Detox with the Doctor & Dietitian

Description

This will be a two-part series with Dr. Shanna & Becca, RD.

Part I (April 6) -- Includes a presentation + kickoff the 7-day detox program (optional). You will learn why it is important to detox, plus get set-up with a unique detox plan to fit your needs. There will be various samples of medical foods, supplements, and juicing you can integrate into your detox.  Dr. Shanna & Becca will be completing a 7-day detox program alongside you and other participants!

Part II (April 13) -- A follow-up to the week-long detox program + overview of safer personal care and household products +a bonus demo to make your own all-natural product to take home!

Cost is $45 for the series paid to Total Health & Healing Center.
