I help adult children in the sandwich generation navigate senior services and caregiving responsibilities. As a Senior Services Navigator and Sandwich Generation Coach, I guide overwhelmed women through the complexities of aging parent care—connecting them to resources, simplifying decisions, and helping them balance caregiving with work, family, and life.
Through interactive workshops, I help adult children navigate family dynamics, initiate meaningful dialogue, and stay organized with critical documents using The Legacy Book, a tool I created so everyone feels informed, prepared, and supported.
