I have been helping people buy & sell real estate in the Twin Cities for 18+ yrs. I am not only a Realtor® but I am also a Broker. This means that I have significantly more education, training & real-life experience to help the clients that I work with.
Currently, the Twin Cities is experiencing a very strong seller's market. There are many challenges in getting a buyer's offer accepted when competing with many other offers on the same property. Due to my extensive experience, I have a variety of ways to structure offers and strategies that I use that help to get them ​accepted.
