DESCRIPTION:In conjunction with Anoka County Job Training Center and Anoka Technical College\, we are once again co-hosting the 'What's Your Big Career Idea' Career Exploration and Hiring Event. The 'Big Ideas' Mobile Learning Lab\, which is a fully immersive virtual reality system to introduce a variety of career opportunities\, was a huge hit with students & the public\, so the Mobile Learning Lab will again be on-site.\n\nWhen not in the simulator\, students & the general public can talk to local employers about career options\, summer jobs\, internships\, industry information\, etc. while also participating in demonstrations and various hands on activities. Drones & a 100 ft bucket truck\, live mosquito larva & a hands on demonstration of human cell growth  are just 3 of the cool features! \n\nDid we mention that there will also be prizes\, giveaways\, and delicious samples from Jersey Mikes?\n\nOpen to the public and completely FREE to attend. We hope to see you there!
