DESCRIPTION:Life can be rough\, and our teen girls are dealing with mental health concerns at an unprecedented level. We believe it's important to help them learn coping strategies to manage their emotions and gain understanding.\n\n\n\nWe've designed our Vibrant Vision art therapy group to be a fun\, safe space for teen girls ages 16-19 to use creative self-expression to understand their complex relationships\, process strong emotions\, and assess where they are now as they take positive steps towards adulthood.\n\n\n\nEach week they will use a variety of art materials to explore different themes under the guidance of a master's level Art Therapist.\n\n\n\nRegister at www.artlabrx.com/events
