DESCRIPTION:We know human trafficking is too big of an issue for any of us to do alone so Stories Foundation and Renew Hope are partnering together to launch The North Metro Human Trafficking Collaborative.\n\n\n\nNMHTC will meet quarterly to engage with those encountering human trafficking and exploitation in the community\, creating space to share education and resources along with opportunities to collaborate towards solutions and for support.\n\n\n\nOur first event is a Community Awareness Day on April 15 and we invite you to join us to learn about what human trafficking looks like locally while learning about how you can become a part of the solution. This event is for anyone who wants to understand how to see and engage in decreasing human trafficking and exploitation around us.\n\n\n\nHuman trafficking and exploitation are happening all around us.\n\nJoin this first NMHTC event to:\n\n	Meet others in the community who are wondering how we can do better together.\n	Receive necessary education about what human trafficking looks like here and what we can do about it.\n	Leave with tangible action steps to take towards change.\n\nIf you are involved in a community group\, interact with people on a day to day basis\, work in law enforcement\, education or the medical field we hope to see you there.
