Terry Overacker Plumbing is a smaller, family owned, full service plumbing company.  We are one of very few plumbing companies that have a public showroom.  As a company, we pride ourselves in being professional, with the highest of integrity and excellence.   
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.  This is an opportunity to work with a devoted team of professionals in helping our customers get quality care and assistance in resolving their plumbing needs.   
We are looking for a responsible experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.  Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the owners and tech staff, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. 
Full-time M-F  Hours: M-Thur 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Fri 8-4 40-45 hours a week depending on workload Answering phones, directing calls, scheduling jobs, etc. Basic form letters Organize, sort, and input data in Excel spreadsheets Assist in maintaining public showroom; possibly growing into sales Write and distribute email, correspondence, etc. Maintain filing system Provide general support to owners and tech staff Provide general support to visitors 
Requirements Three to five years proven experience as an administrative assistant Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, fax, scanners Proficient with most mainstream office software,  including: • MS Office 365 (MS Excel and Word in particular) • Outlook email and calendar scheduling Proactive thinker, positive attitude, maintains confidentiality Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Ability to take direction, follow procedures, and ask appropriate questions Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills
