Job Description
Primary Duties:
 Prepare Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP
 Preparation and mailing of monthly financial statements to owners
 Update and prepare audit schedules at fiscal year-end
 Prepare annual budgets and CAM reconciliations
 Monitor tenant receipts
 Process weekly check runs
 Provide weekly outstanding receivable reports to managers
 Process employee reimbursements
 Calculate and process monthly management fees
 Maintain full understanding of processes in order to provide back up to other Accountants
 Assist with tenant Move Ins and Move Outs
 Assist with Write Offs and collection process
 Set up new general ledger accounts, charge codes, account trees
 Enter new leases, renewals, and notices
 Attend weekly meetings
 Communicate and work closely with property managers
 Assist Controller with projects as needed
 Other miscellaneous duties as requested
Additional Requirements:
 Graduation from an accredited Business School/College with Associate/BA degree in Accounting
 Two to Five years in Accounting/Business office
 Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, function of General Ledger and ability to prepare and analyse Financial Statements.
 A high level of computer operations knowledge, both hardware and software
 Attendance is an imperative job function.

Preferred Experience:
  Prior Commercial Accounting experience
