During this October’s Working with Women meeting, Joan Treppa, a social justice advocate and author, will speak about her advocacy for six men wrongfully convicted of murder in 1995. Known for her passionate support and extensive writing on this case, highlighted in her book ‘Reclaiming Lives: Pursuing Justice for Six Innocent Men’, she will share her personal journey and insights on what drives individuals to engage in social causes, accompanied by a slideshow of those she has fought for since 2009.
