Begin at 10am with an hour 15 min of pilates, then lunch with an hour of "optional activiites" such as massage, hiking, facial exercise class.. then yoga for an hour 30 min.

Fees/Admission
$45 for pilates, lunch and yoga. Extra fees for optional activities. and overnight sat pm with breakfast in the am is $50.
