Restorative Clinic at Heat Yoga

Description

This gentle practice will warm your muscles and joints to prepare for a wonderfully body opening, calming, and healing practice. Practice includes many heart openers, hip openers, twists and spine stretches to care for every inch of your body. The final part of the clinic includes supported restorative postures,completely relaxing your mind and body.

Please bring your yoga mat, three bed pillows, a small blanket and bath towel. These props are essential for the restorative postures.
