Every journey of grief and loss takes its own personal path that can be difficult to navigate. That's where Art Therapy can help. Art Therapy combines therapeutic practices with creative self-expression to help you process your feelings while moving forward.

At Art Lab Rx, our Expressions of Sorrow grief and loss group is a supportive community where we guide you through a process that uses a variety of art materials to explore emotions and gain understanding.

This group is led by Lisa Lounsbury who is a Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Certified Grief Support Specialist.
