Join us for the 5th Annual Chaos 5k Fun Walk/Run. Physical Therapy Consultants is proud to host this great family friendly event. 100% of the proceeds go towards a MN local non-profit organization called Citizen's Support Our Armed Forces (CSOAF). CSOAF is dedicated to providing care packages of necessity items to our troops who are deployed.
