Help homeless individuals receive the services that will give them a hand up out of homelessness.

On Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 10 am - 3 pm at the Anoka Armory, Project Community Connect Anoka will host its first Project Community Connect event. These events occur all over the state and country, with more than 25 of them being held in Minnesota each year. Project Community Connect is aimed at connecting our community members with services and programs that exist in our area by having many of those agencies and services under one roof at one time.

Guests of Project Community Connect will be welcomed and screened for services needed and guided to the service providers that will assist them with their needs. We will host lunch for those attending the event. All programs and services are voluntary and confidential. Guests may choose to just pick up information or actually connect with service providers to work towards solutions to resolve some of the issues.
