Open Gym is the perfect opportunity for your athlete to burn off some energy and get exposure to gymnastics and ninja equipment without the structure of a class.\n\n\n\n*This session is available to all children who would qualify for the Alpha Athletes program. Siblings that do not qualify for this adapted open gym are welcome to attend one of our various other open gym times.
