DESCRIPTION:The grand opening events are open to the public and include several opportunities to experience Stritch. A professional workshop delivered by Stritch alumna\, Sheri Stolp\, MBA\, PHR titled\, "The Power of People: Driving Change and Building Organizational Courage within Today's Workplace" is scheduled from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. This workshop assists leaders and HR professionals in understanding behavioral and leadership styles\, the implications/liabilities of passive supervision and several proven strategies in fostering positive\, productive workplaces. Topics covered include HR's role in driving change\, HR/line leader partnerships and more. This is a rich opportunity for networking and professional development.
