DESCRIPTION:Our coaches love to help children learn new gymnastics skills!  Come learn the steps to do flips!  This clinic will focus on front and back tucks (flips).  Our coaches will work with each child to ensure that they are challenged and have fun. \n\n\n\nWhat skills will the participants work on? Students will work on progressions to work on a front and back tuck. The progressions will range from basic skills of forward and backward rolls to the more advance skill of front and back tucks.  Our coaches are trained to modify stations to challenge everyone and help them have fun!\n\n\n\nWill the participants be split into groups? Yes\, the participants will be split into groups based on their abilities.  In the event that there are only a few participants\, they may stay as 1 or 2 groups.
