SUMMARY:Chaos Family Fun 5k Walk/Run
DESCRIPTION:Physical Therapy Consultants\, Inc would like to cordially invite you to participate in the Chaos Family Fun 5k Walk/Run. This event will raise money to support a local\, non-profit organization\, Citizens Supporting Our Armed Forces. The event will be held on Saturday\, October 14\, 2017.\n\n\n\nCitizens Supporting Our Armed Forces (CSOAF) is a 100% volunteer\, non-profit organization dedicated to raising community support and awareness for our Armed Forces. They do this by shipment of care packages to deployed troops\, providing assistance to military families and actively engaging the public through various military support events. CSOAF supports all branches of Armed Forces with a primary commitment to the troops and families of the Minnesota National Guard.\n\n\n\nLast year\, Physical Therapy Consultants\, Inc and surrounding communities raised $2\,680 and collected over 500 donation items. Contributions made to CSOAF allowed the organization to send shipments that averaged 1\,000 pounds and benefited 10 deployed units throughout the world\, including ships abroad. Care packages were also sent to troops that were recovering from injuries at hospitals around the United States. It is our goal this year to raise $4\,000 and collect over 700 donation items for CSOAF. \n\n\n\nWe will be accepting sponsorships and donations until September 9\, 2017 however sponsorship forms received before August 1\, 2017 will be advertised on our marketing items.
