Core 90: Always different every day and every class
The only thing that stays the same is the 60 minutes of fat burning, muscle building, seat pouring high intensity exercises to push your limits and give you the results that you want.
Fuse Pilates/Yoga: Gain core strength and flexability through a combination of Yoga and Pilates exercises. Provides an extra challenge by incorporating weights and bands for resistance.
